I am proud to tell people I receive treatment from the Phoenix. I literally love everyone of the staff because they loved me first. The program helped me to understand myself. Why I was the way I was. This helped me have more compassion on myself to start the healing process. It really IS about healing. The Phoenix approach is extremely well rounded. I recommend a loved one and they are currently being treated. I know they are in the best place they could possibly be in. I LOVE the Phoenix. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Program takes more of a holistic and individual approach which benefited (and still does) myself. It is a bit on the experience side, but if you look at it as an investment in yourself it evens out (in my case a net gain).

This a great program and I actually look forward to going to group. Ryan has taught me a lot about my mind and how to look at things a bit different in life in which has helped me relax and not sweat the little things. Great job Ryan, Ken and Ashley!!!!!

I have been attending Premier for a year now and the people here are some of the most understanding and empathetic people I've ever met. I've learned so much during my treatment here and I continue to learn more everyday that I attend group. I would recommend Premier to anybody seeking counseling due to substance abuse or drug charges.

Premier counseling is 25 stars out of a 10!!! They are professional, helpful, and so kind... I would recommend them to anyone. They've helped me with not just substance abuse issues, but also with how to better myself & my life. I recently lost my brother to an overdose, and the groups have been more helpful to me than any other treatment or programs I've been to in my life! I am so grateful for Ryan, Kent, and Ashley... The staff here is phenomenal! Thanks so much guys!

The majority of my experience here was lifesaving and positive. Here's the thing about The Phoenix.. they have this amazing ability to hire people who are worth way more than what anyone could ever compensate them for. So many people in every capacity there loved me back to life. I had techs stay up for hours at night and talk me through things, even stay after their shift until they knew I would be alright. The women's program director Wendy went above beyond to help me and I love her for being there for me. So did Marc, the executive program director. Dustin, who makes treatment happen financially even when it seems impossible, drove miles to come find me and take me back to the house when I relapsed for a few days. My therapists helped me work through my core issues, I had several breakthroughs while working with them. The Phoenix even put me up in sober living so I could continue outpatient treatment when I left. I made a lot of close friends. The food was amazing and I loved our cooks- like other people who work there I became close to them. The house was safe and comfortable, the people there were the right amount of compassion and no bull. I am so grateful for the Phoenix family. I was an angry person and probably hard to deal with but they didn't ever give up on me. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs help!

I dropped my son off for treatment at Phoenix Recovery Center (which came highly recommended) on June 1st, with the hope that he would get the best shot at recovery. Phoenix offers much more intensive treatment than any other treatment center available. As a parent in recovery I know that it is totally up to him to stay clean & sober but I also believe that this was the best place to help give him that extra boost into recovery. I was encouraged to attend family group which mind you I didn't think I needed. I have been attending family group since the day I dropped him off and have been amazed at how much I have learned and how much I still have to learn for my own growth and also my interactions with my son. The staff at Phoenix are professional, knowledgeable and loving. I'm truly grateful for all that has been given to our family with the services they provide as we continue to learn and grow together.

It's been almost two years now since the Phoenix gave me my son back. We were running out of help and hope. We had resigned ourselves to the fact he would go back to jail again or end up dead, when his probation officer recommended The Phoenix. Jake (the owner) worked with us getting him started ASAP even though we didn't have the insurance in place yet. He was helpful, caring and hopeful. Hope was a precious thing. For the first time in several years we slept well knowing our son was safe and being given a second chance....which turned into a third chance before our son was able to wrestle his demons and win. He was able to climb out of the deep hole he'd dug for himself with the help of caring therapists and staff who jumped down in that hole with him and helped pull him out. Our son reminds us frequently that he will always be an addict and that he has to be vigilant and watchful every day so he doesn't fall back into that dark hole again. The Phoenix gave him the tools he needed to take control and make that happen. They gave him the opportunity to give back to others who were looking for a way out as well and gave him a new sense of purpose and drive that gave me back the man I knew before the addiction. He is happy and healthy and the light is back in his eyes. He is my hero. As are each and every employee at The Phoenix, past and present, who helped return our son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to the many people who love him! There are not enough words of gratitude.
